Use a clean, dry paper towel to soak up wet spills. Never spread the spill with a wet towel. Remove dry, crusty spills with a spoon, spatula, or dull knife and then vacuum. Be sure to use an approved spot cleaner on your rug. Always test cleaning products on a small inconspicuous area of your rug before using.

Remove spills and stains immediately after they occur whenever possible. Absorb wet spills by blotting with a clean, dry paper towel, removing as much of the liquid as possible. Never saturate your rug with water or cleaner, this can damage your rug. Try HOST dry cleaner or Capture for spot removal and follow the instructions on the packaging. Always test cleaning products on a small inconspicuous area of your rug before using. For dry or solid spills, scrape as much as possible with a spoon, spatula, or dull knife. If completely dry, vacuum.
